MY JOURNEY

After 30 years in corporate America — most recently serving as CEO — I’m moving into the next chapter of my professional life as a real estate entrepreneur. I’m launching a short-term rental and event space in Larchmere — my hometown — following the start of a deeply personal project in Ocala, Florida.

Wellness and the arts are central to my vision. I’ve collected art for more than 30 years and, through extensive travel, developed a deep appreciation for environments that balance beauty, rest, and stimulation. Larchmere Lofts, a property built 100+ years ago, is designed to honor that balance — a place for creative gatherings, restorative stays, and meaningful community events.

I’m excited to contribute to Larchmere’s legacy by creating a warm, art-forward destination that supports local culture, promotes wellness, and invites people to experience the best of our neighborhood.

Why this loft, why this block

Larchmere Lofts being a 100+ years old property captures many of the timeless architectural elements of that era which have always intrigued me. I wanted my first local venture to reflect the neighborhood that shaped me. Larchmere’s unique position at the crossroads of Cleveland and Shaker Heights, with immediate access to the health care hub, cultural arts institutions, and the academic centers, made it an obvious choice for me. Its historic arts district and walkable, community-centered streets provide the perfect setting for a short-term stay and hospitality space that welcomes visitors and neighbors alike.
